1. Contact details

When you request contact, OvergangInzicht processes the information required to respond, such as your name, email address, optional telephone number and, for business enquiries, organisation and role.

2. Menopause scan

Answers and the personal menopause scan result are processed only in your browser. OvergangInzicht does not store or send these answers or result when you subsequently request contact.

3. Organisation scan

Answers are processed locally in the browser. If a business visitor then requests contact, only the total score and result category may be sent as business context. Individual answers are not sent.

4. Analytics

Google Analytics is only loaded after consent. Scan answers, personal results, names, email addresses and telephone numbers are not sent to Google Analytics. We only measure generic events such as starting or completing a scan or submitting a contact request.

5. Source of enquiries

When a visitor arrives via a campaign link, parameters such as utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign may be included with a voluntary contact request. This helps OvergangInzicht assess which channels generate enquiries. Scan answers are not added.

6. Purpose and legal basis

Contact details are processed to respond to a visitor request and, where relevant, coordinate further services. Analytics is used only with consent.

7. Retention period

Personal data is not retained longer than necessary to handle the request, provide services and meet statutory administrative obligations.

8. Sharing with third parties

Personal data is not sold. Data is only shared when necessary for service delivery, required by law or with your consent.

9. Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data and, where applicable, object to processing. Contact info@overganginzicht.nl.

10. Medical information

OvergangInzicht is not a medical practice. Do not send medical records or detailed medical information through general contact forms. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical diagnosis, treatment or assessment.
