1. Contact details

When you request contact, OvergangInzicht processes the information required to respond, such as your name, email address, optional telephone number and, for business enquiries, organisation, role and number of employees. Your request arrives as an email at info@overganginzicht.nl.

2. Menopause scan

Answers and the personal menopause scan result are processed only in your browser. OvergangInzicht does not store or send these answers or result when you subsequently request contact. The request does state that you are getting in touch via the menopause scan. Because this may say something about your health, we only use it with your explicit consent and only to contact you.

3. Organisation scan

Answers are processed locally in the browser. If a business visitor then requests contact, only the total score, the result category and the names of the areas that need attention (for example “managers”) may be sent as business context. Individual answers are not sent.

4. Analytics

Google Analytics is only loaded after you give consent. Scan answers, personal results, names, email addresses and telephone numbers are not sent to Google Analytics. We only measure general events such as starting or completing a scan or submitting a contact request. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing the stored choice in your browser (see 11).

5. Source of enquiries

When a visitor arrives via a campaign link, parameters such as utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign may be included with a voluntary contact request. This helps OvergangInzicht assess which channels generate enquiries. Scan answers are not added.

6. Purpose and legal basis

• Responding to your contact request: based on your consent (the tick box on the form) and, if the request leads to an assignment, because this is necessary to agree and carry it out.
• Contact via the menopause scan: based on your explicit consent, because this may say something about your health.
• Analytics: only with your consent.
• Accounts and invoices: because the law requires this.
• Securing the form (against misuse and spam): based on the legitimate interest of OvergangInzicht in keeping the website secure.

7. Retention period

• Contact requests without follow-up: deleted no later than 12 months after the last contact.
• Client data: for as long as the guidance or assignment runs, and no longer than necessary after that. Invoices and accounts are kept for 7 years, as required by Dutch tax law.
• Google Analytics: data is deleted automatically after 2 months.
• Storage in your browser: see 11.

8. Sharing with third parties and processors

Personal data is not sold. Data is only shared when necessary for service delivery, required by law or with your consent. OvergangInzicht uses these parties:

• STRATO (Germany): hosting of the website and the email of info@overganginzicht.nl.
• Google (Google Ireland Ltd.): Google Analytics, only with your consent. Google may also process data in the United States. Google LLC participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for this.

Agreements on the security and confidentiality of your data (data processing agreements) are in place with these processors.

9. Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data. You may also request restriction of processing, object to processing and ask for your data to be transferred. You can withdraw consent at any time; this applies from that moment on. Contact info@overganginzicht.nl. You will receive a reply within one month.

10. Medical information

OvergangInzicht is not a medical practice. Do not send medical records or detailed medical information through general contact forms. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical diagnosis, treatment or assessment.

11. Cookies and browser storage

• PHPSESSID (cookie, necessary): secures the form so it cannot be submitted repeatedly in quick succession. Removed when you close your browser.
• oi_analytics_consent (browser storage, necessary): remembers whether you allow or refuse Analytics. Kept until you clear it yourself.
• oi_attribution (browser storage): remembers which campaign link you arrived through (see 5). Removed when you close your browser.
• _ga and _ga_827FZMGKLV (Google Analytics cookies): measure visitor numbers and use. Only with your consent; up to 2 years.

The scans do not use cookies: answers are kept only in the page's memory and disappear when you close the page.
