Core terms for information, guidance, workshops and business services.
1. Applicability
These terms apply to appointments and services provided by OvergangInzicht unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Nature of the services
OvergangInzicht provides education, awareness, practical support, workshops and non-medical guidance on menopause and work. Services are not intended as medical diagnosis, treatment, medication advice or occupational medical assessment.
3. Medical questions
For medical diagnosis, treatment or assessment, consult a GP, gynaecologist, occupational physician or another qualified healthcare professional.
4. Appointments and cancellation
Practical arrangements regarding date, location, price, cancellation and preparation are confirmed at booking or in the proposal. For business engagements, the accepted proposal prevails.
5. Information and results
Information on the website, in scans and during education is general. A scan provides an indication or maturity score; it is not a medical or professional diagnosis and does not guarantee a specific result.
6. Liability
OvergangInzicht performs its services with due care. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct loss demonstrably resulting from an attributable failure. This does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.
7. Intellectual property
Materials, texts, scans and workshop content may not be commercially copied or distributed without permission unless otherwise agreed.
8. Complaints
Questions or complaints can be submitted via info@overganginzicht.nl. OvergangInzicht will seek a practical resolution.
9. Governing law
Agreements with OvergangInzicht are governed by Dutch law unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
